Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely not. SHIFT is a holistic wellness coaching program. We do address nutrition, but not through calorie counting or restriction. The goal is to nourish your body in a way that feels good and creates sustainable change.
It's helpful but not required. We can work with your existing labs or I can recommend what to request from your doctor. For VIP clients, I guide you through functional lab testing as part of the intake process.
Most clients notice changes in energy, sleep, and mood within the first 2–4 weeks. Physical changes typically follow within 6–10 weeks. Hormone and metabolic shifts take more time — that's why our programs are 6 months, not 6 weeks.
Health coaching is typically not covered by insurance. However, HSA/FSA funds may be applicable. We offer payment plans to make the investment accessible.
Life happens. We can discuss pausing your program if an emergency arises. Please review our full terms at the time of enrollment for specific policy details.
