I've Sat Where You're Sitting

The moment everything changed for me was in 2018 — sitting in my bathroom, my two daughters in the bathtub, realizing that if I didn't heal my relationship with my body, I was going to pass it on without even meaning to.

So I did the work. And then I started paying attention.

I watched it in the women I was coaching through The SHIFT Project — high-achieving, capable women in their 30s and 40s who were doing everything right and still felt stuck. Exhausted, disconnected, and wondering why nothing seemed to work no matter how hard they tried. I watched it in the athletes we coach at Surge Athletics — girls who were working hard, showing up, and quietly struggling in ways nobody was catching. And I saw it getting closer to home as my oldest daughter approached her teenage years.

I couldn't stay quiet about it anymore.

My oldest turns 13 this year. I built Fueled for her. And I built The SHIFT Project for the woman I used to be — and for every woman who is still there.

My approach is evidence-based, whole-person, and grounded in 25 years of lived experience — not just what the science says, but what it actually feels like to live it.
