I created The Shift Project because I know what it's like to work incredibly hard on yourself — and still feel like something is missing beneath the surface.

The Mindset Shift Journal came from my own journaling practice. These are the prompts that changed how I talked to myself, how I showed up for my family, and how I finally started believing the affirmations I'd been saying for years.

I'm a certified life coach, breathwork facilitator, and personal trainer — and I believe that inner work and outer results are not separate things. They're the same thing.
