Most journals ask you to plan your day, track your habits, and measure your output. This one asks something different.
The SHIFT gives you somewhere to just be. Every day begins with a quote written just for you. Then a few minutes to set intention, check in with your nervous system, practice gratitude, and release what the day has put on you. Once a week, a deeper reflection page to zoom out and reconnect with who you are becoming.
Over 90 days, something shifts. You start to hear yourself more clearly. You start to trust yourself more. You start to feel less at war — and more at home.
Simple enough to do consistently. Meaningful enough to matter.
Built for women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s — but for any woman ready to stop performing and start coming home to herself.
Not a quick fix. A slow, steady practice of coming home to yourself — one page at a time.
5-10 minutes a day. Meaningful enough to matter.
A unique quote written for women — one for each of the 90 days. Written specifically for the woman doing this kind of inner work.
Three prompts to set intention before the day takes over. Takes three minutes. Changes how everything feels.
Three things — big, small, or somewhere in between. Builds the muscle of noticing what's good even when things are hard.
How did your nervous system feel today? Energy, sleep, nourishment, and one thing your body was trying to tell you. Not a grade. Just awareness.
A place to put down what you've been carrying. The worry. The resentment. The thought that's been taking up space all day.
One moment worth remembering. One kind thing to say to yourself before you close the page. Ends every day gently.
13 weekly pages for deeper noticing. A letter to yourself. More of/less of. Vision check-in. Intention for the week ahead.
"I built this journal because I needed it — and nobody gave it to me."
I'm Courtney — a certified life coach, breathwork facilitator, and personal trainer based in Colorado. I spent most of my adult life doing everything right from the outside while feeling completely disconnected from my own body.
I created The SHIFT because I kept meeting women just like me — high-achieving, capable, doing everything they were supposed to do — and still feeling off. Exhausted. Disconnected. At war with themselves in ways they couldn't quite name.
This journal is what I wish someone had handed me. It's not about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about coming home.

Women who are ready to stop performing and start coming home to themselves. Women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who are doing everything right and still feel off. Women who want to build a real relationship with their body, their nervous system, and themselves — one page at a time.
About 5-10 minutes for the daily page — a few minutes in the morning for the anchor, gratitude, and proud of sections, and a few minutes in the evening for the release and landing. The weekly reflection page takes a little longer — 15-20 minutes when you have space for it.
Yes — this journal is a companion to The SHIFT Project coaching work. It can be used as a standalone tool or alongside coaching. Many women use it to continue the work between sessions and long after coaching ends.
The daily pages are numbered 1-90 and each has a unique quote, but there are no strict rules. Start at Day 1 or jump in wherever feels right. The only rule is that you keep coming back.
It's one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give a woman who is ready to do this kind of work — especially one going through a transition, a hard season, or who has been putting herself last for too long. The physical journal makes a beautiful gift. The digital version is perfect for immediate delivery.
90 days. 5 minutes a day. A practice of coming home to yourself — one page at a time.
