FUEL is the education side — the real, honest science of what a female athlete's body needs to perform, recover, and thrive. No diet rules. No calorie counting. Just the information she deserved a long time ago.

FEEL is the inner work — understanding hunger, emotions, body image, and the relationship with food that affects everything else. This is the part most programs skip entirely. We built a whole track around it.

Fueled FAQ

Fueled is designed for female athletes 13 and older, along with their moms. The content is age-appropriate and sport-inclusive. Adult female athletes (18+) are also welcome and have found the program extremely valuable.
All of them. The principles of fueling, body trust, and emotional wellness apply to every female athlete — whether she plays soccer, basketball, volleyball, or swims, runs, gymnasts, or dances. The program is built around what female athletes have in common, not what separates them by sport. Real-world examples throughout the program pull from a variety of athletic contexts so every girl sees herself in the content.
No — and yes, if you want to. The athlete track and parent track are designed to run separately so your daughter has her own private space to do this work. She doesn't need you in the room. In fact part of what makes Fueled powerful is that it gives her a space that is entirely hers.

That said — parents who go through the parent track alongside their daughter consistently tell us it changes how they show up at home. You'll understand what she's learning, you'll have the language to support her, and you'll be working through your own relationship with food and body image at the same time.

She does her work. You do yours. And somewhere in the middle, the conversation at home starts to shift.
Fueled is built around a non-diet, food-positive approach and includes significant mindset and body image content. However, if your daughter is actively in eating disorder treatment, please consult her treatment team before enrolling.
